Event Details
Date: Friday, June 13 to Saturday, June 14, 2025
Location: Scotia Barn, 6501 Sprott Street, Burnaby, BC
All students and guests attending the Burnaby North Secondary School (BNSS) Dry Grad event must read, understand, and sign the Acknowledgement Form as a condition of entry. Our goal is to ensure a fun, respectful, and safe experience for all participants.
Student/Guest Acknowledgement
By attending the BNSS Dry Grad event, you agree to the following terms:
1. Substance-Free Environment

No consumption or possession of drugs, alcohol, smoking products, or vaping devices is permitted before or during the event.

Students or guests found in possession of or under the influence of prohibited substances will not be admitted or will be immediately removed from the event.

Parent(s)/guardian(s) will be contacted for immediate pick-up.
2. Respectful Behavior

All attendees are expected to behave respectfully towards others and the event property.

Disruptive, destructive, or unsafe behavior will result in immediate removal from the event.

Parent(s)/guardian(s) will be notified and required to pick up the student/guest.
3. Identification Requirements

All attendees must present valid photo identification upon entry. Acceptable forms include:

BNSS Student ID
-
BC Driver’s License (BCDL)
-
BC Services Card
-
4. Personal Belongings
-
Students/guests are responsible for their own belongings.
-
It is recommended that valuables be left at home as no lockers are available.

The BNSS Dry Grad Committee is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
5. In and Out Policy
-
No "in and out" privileges will be granted.

If a student or guest chooses to leave early:
-
They will not be permitted to re-enter.

Parent(s)/guardian(s) will be contacted for pick-up.

A sign-out process with a parent volunteer is required.

Prior consent from a parent/guardian is required to leave early without immediate notification.
6. Prize Eligibility
-
Students must be present at the time of prize draws to claim their prizes.
-
Students must be present at the end of the event to claim any final grand prizes.
-
If a winner is not present, a new winner will be drawn.
Final Agreement
By signing the BNSS Dry Grad Acknowledgement Form, students and guests confirm that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by all Terms and Conditions listed above. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event and forfeiture of participation privileges.
